Throughout the entire history of Herman Knives, there have never been—and never will be—two identical knives. Every piece is one of a kind. We make sure that the owner feels special, knowing they are the only person in the world to own that exact knife. Each knife is hand-finished in our workshop in Łódź, in the heart of Poland. The entire process is overseen by Bartosz Herman.
